requirements() JQL function does not return the expected results as seen on requirement coverage charts/gadgets

The requirements() function does not return the same amount of requirement of issues shown in a bar of requirements gadget, or whenever using the "View Issues" button from the report Overall Requirement Coverage.

Note that in the Overall Requirement Coverage, clicking in a bar will show the correct results in the drill-down shown as a table. However, the View Issues will build out a JQL that uses the requirements() function that does not return the proper complete list of issues.

This happens whenever choosing the analysis for a specific version, and whenever using the versioning by Test Sets.
