In the Test Plan Report, there is an error in the success rate by environments percent value

In the Test Plan Report there is an error in the Success rate by environments percent values.

The calculations are being made considering all the Test Run of each Test instead of the last relevant Test Run.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a Test Plan
2. add some Tests to it and execute them (with some final states) without environments
3. go to the Test Plan Report. The success rate and the success rate by environment values are consistent.
4. create a a new Test Execution for the Test Plan. Execute with some final states and without environments
5. go to the Test Plan Report. The success rate and the success rate by environment values are not consistent anymore.
