when a test is edited using the modal and saved once again, the steps are lost

when a test is edited using the modal and saved once again, the steps are lost.
This only happens if the user edits the test and stays in the first tab. If the user goes to the Test Details and saves it, then steps are saved correctly.

Note: this error may have been introduced with v2.1.2.
