As a user, I can add selected Tests to a Test Plan Board's folder using a context action

As a user, I can add selected Tests to a Test Plan's board folder using a context action (e.g. right side button) over the selected Tests.

Note: this action requires that the user is able to edit the respective Test Plan issue, thus this permission should be checked beforehand.
