    Description

In the Traceabiliy Report, defects linked directly to the Test should take into account the AffectsVersion.

In other words, if a given version is being analysed, then defects that are just linked to a test and (not with a test run), should only appear if they are assigned (through the affectsVersion) to the version under analysis.

This also applies to defects created in a scope of a test run/test execution, meaning that if you're analysing v3.0 then you should only shows defects whose affectVersion includes v3.0.

If a Test Environment is being analysed then only the test runs for that environment should be shown (which already happens) and the test run related defects should appear also taking into account the Test Environment.
