In the Test Execution Report and Test Plan Report, if the same bug is added to more than one Test in the same Test Execution, the Linked Defects will count a defect for each Test.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a Test Execution with two Test
2. in the Test Execution Details screen, associate the same Defect with the two Tests
3. go to the Test Execution Report and filter for the created Test Execution
4. the result is that the linked defects will count 2 defects instead of one.

For the Test Plan report reproduce the equivalent steps.

The report will also have multiple count if the same bug is added multiples times to the same Test Run. In this case the report should also count one bug.
