Requirement Status is not refreshing on Test workflow transition

When the Test Workflow status is configured to be ignored and it transitions to another status that is not ignore the status of the Requirement is not being refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Under "Administration->Add-ons->Requirement Coverage" I've configured to ignore some Status of my Test issue workflow by adding them to "Ignore Tests with Status" list.
• When I add a Test with an ignored Status to an Requirement, the Requirement Status is "Uncovered". What is fine. When I make a transition of the Test Status to a unignored Status the Requirement Status remains "Uncovered" but should be "Not Run".

This inconsistency could be solved by manually clearing the Requirement Status Cache under "Administration->Add-ons->Integrity Checker".
