Whenever creating a defect from a step in the execution screen, changing the issue type resets defect description field

Whenever creating a defect from a step in the execution screen, changing the issue type resets defect description field. This only happens when the setting "Include Steps Table in Description" is enabled.

To reproduce:

• go into test execution screen
• do "Create Defect" from a test step
• Th create issue screen appears, and it need to have an issue type seelcted != Defect
• now manually add text to the description field (on top of or under the copied table)
• now change the issue type (because the user realized that it's the wrong issue type and she expects to keep the entered data)
• The description gets overwritten completely
