As a user, I can create a Test Execution from the selected Tests in a Test Plan Board's folder

As a user, I can create a Test Execution from the selected Tests in the Test Plan Board's folder (including the tests contained in the respective subfolders).

The tests order should be guaranteed.

For this, a context action should be used.
