As an admin, I can configure custom statuses for a Test Run

The user should be able to configure additional statuses for a TestRun. A status is composed by the name, description and color.

These custom statuses should only by applied to the Test Run and not to the Test Step Results or Cucumber Example results.

When a status is removed, all existing Test Runs with this status should migrated to a provided status.
Also, the relevant JIRA issues should be re-indexed.
