Test Runs report assignee filter does not work when tests are added to an existing test execution

Test Runs report assignee filter does not work when tests are added to an existing test execution.

Steps to reproduce:

• create a Test Execution with assignee
• add an existing Test
• go to the Test Runs report and filter for the assignee

the Test Run will not be displayed.
