As a user, I can filter requirements by issue type in the Overall and Historic Coverage reports

As a user, I can filter requirements by issue type in the Overall and Historic Coverage reports. 

This is useful, since a "requirement" may be in fact correspond to multiple issue types and a user may want to clearly distinguish and filter between them.
