Lucene error after performing some Xray Actions

    Description

      A Lucene error is thrown after performing Xray actions like:

      •     Deleting a Test Execution from a Test in a Test Plan.

       

      This is not a constant error and it's silent (no log messages). It disappears after some time as well.

      This happens for different JIRA versions with different databases.
