Defects and TExec Defects columns are showing a local issue instead of the remote defect whenever the remote and local issues have the same id

Example:

• A local and remote JIRA issue have the same id (issue A and B respectively)
• The user creates a remote defect by adding the remote issue B in the context of the Test Run
• In the Test Runs section of the Test issue, the column Defects shows the local issue A instead of the remote issue B
• When clicking in the number under the Test Execution Defects column, the search issues page will show the local issue A instead of the remote issue B
