As a user, I can choose if test folders structure should be created or not in the Test Plan Board whenever adding to or creating Test Plans from the Test Repository

As a user, I can choose if test folders structure should be created or not in the Test Plan Board whenever adding to or creating Test Plans from the Test Repository.

The user should be asked if the selected folder structure *should or not *be replicated on the Test Plan board; this will create all the parent folders and also the selected folder. Parent folders will be created empty.
