Test Count custom field, in some cases, will update to the wrong value

In particular use cases, the Test Count custom field will not update or will update to the previous value.

This bug is very difficult to reproduce and will occur once in a while when insisting on removing one by one the Tests from a Test Set.

In this case, the user was deleting Tests from Test Set one by one. On 23 to 22 count, the system kept 23 when it should have kept 22.
