Some reports are filtering incorrectly by user, if the username is edited in the user management configurations

This applies to the reports which have fields to filter by user. 

For example Test Execution report and the field 'Assignee', Test Runs report and the fields 'Test Run Assignee' or 'Executed By'. But may also happen with other reports.
