As a user, I can use JIRA wiki markup in the Condition field of Manual Pre-Conditions

The Condition field of a Manual Pre-Condition issue does not support wiki markup.

If we write the following text in the Condition field, it appears completly unformated after saving.

Deverão existir pelo menos 2 equipamentos do tipo SDH na aplicação com a seguinte estrutura:

• 1 Bastidor ETSI Genérico
  • 1 Subbastidor Tributarios ADM SDH
    ====================

The screens affected by this are the Test view issue screen (Pre-Condition section), the Pre-Condition view issue screen and the execution screen.
