In the Test Runs Report, the Test Components filter contains only the values for the current project

The Test Components filter of the Test Runs report contains only Test Components of the project context, but the tests that belongs to the Test Runs does not necessary belongs to the current project. This filter should contains the Test Environments of all the projects.
