As a user, I can see if execution defects are already closed

Currently, in a specific test run screen, we can see defects that were opened during the execution of a given step, in a manual Test.
Although the defects appear in the appropriate column, it is not possible to see if the Defect has already been closed or not.
We suggest that the defect issue key text to be formatted strikethrough, if the issue is closed (or in a final state).

This should also be applied to the Test view issue screen on the Test Runs table.
