Description
As an administrator, I can import simple Tests from HP ALM/QC's test plan, from HP ALM 12.53/55.
This will be restricted to simple Tests, or in other words:
- tests without parameters
- tests without called steps
- tests that are not marked as being "templates"

Screen 1: HP QC details
- HP ALM/QC URL
- login
- password
- domain
- project
Screen 2: JIRA project
- choose JIRA project where to create the Tests in
Screen 3: confirmation
- show total amount of Tests and a confirmation whether to proceed or not
Screen 4: results of importing
- total Tests created
- total of Tests not created
Note: a specific JIM importer will be made for this purpose.
