As an administrator, in the HP ALM=>Xray importer, I can validate the HP ALM connection credentials

As an administrator, I can validate the HP ALM connection credentials whenever using the HP ALM=>Xray importer.

This should be implemented in the first screen and the user should not be able to proceed further if the credentials are not ok.
