As a user, I can use a Test filters dialog instead of using predefined filters, in Tests related sections.

So, instead of having this kind of layout:

we need to change it to something like is being already used in other places (e.g. "filters" inside the reports): 

 (when no filter is applied)

  (whenever clicking on the filter)

The filters to present should be:

• Simple
  • Test Set
  • Assignee
  • Status
  • Component
  • Contains text
• Advanced
  • JQL

This should be applied to the "Filters" on Tests sections in:

• Test Plans issue screen
• Test Executions issue screen
