As a user, I can obtain a "Test Sets Report" with info on Test Sets

A new report "Test Sets Report" should provide a list of Test Plans with some execution metrics related with each test plan, namely:

• test set key, summary, fix version, component(s)
• total tests
• number of tests by status
• number of tests by test type
• linked defects (open/closed); "linked defects" are the ones directly associated with the related tests

Aim: see test set related metrics.

Filters:

• saved filter (for finding Test Sets)
• project+version

Analysis:
Version or Test Plan, and Test Environment (similar to Overall Coverage Chart)
