tests list gadget does not use correctly the analysis related fields

The Tests List gadget does not use correctly the analysis related fields.
The Test Plan and the Analysis version are being used as filters for filtering out test issues and they should be used as input for analysing the tests accordingly with their current status on those versions/test plans/test environments.

In sum,

Filter related fields (i.e. for choosing which Test issues show in the gadget):

• saved filter
• test component
• test priority
• (the "project" is not actualy a filter since it is used as way to select the test component)

Analysis fields (i.e. the ones that will influentiate the status of the Tests shown):

• Execution scope
• Test Plan
• Analysis Version
• Test Environment

The placeholder for Test Component should also be changed to "Choose the Test Component" and the "Project" selector should be placed right before the Test Component.
