Have the ability to use BDD field on the manual test type test

Background

We are setting up a long-running suite of tests that will have a manual implementation followed by and automated implementation.  This is so we can mirror the way the business interacts AND have it automated.  it would make sense to have all this information in a single Jira.

Request

Could we please have the ability to put both Manual and Automated tests in the same Test Jira.  This could be done by allowing BDD field on a Manual Test, or manual steps on an Automated test.
