The "defects" configuration is not taken into account for:

• Traceability Report
• "Defects" column, in the Test's "Test Runs" panel 
• "Test Execution Defects" column in the  Test Plan's "Test Executions" panel
• "Test Execution Defects" column in the Test Executions project tab
• "#def" column in the Tests section, in the Test Execution issue screen view
