Name collision when searching Xray issue types with duplicated name

Whenever the add-on redirects to the issue navigator page or when searching internally for issues, the issue type ID should be used. If there are issue types with the same name as Xray's, a collision might happen and the returned issues will just correspond to alien issue types.
