    Description

      As a user, in the Test Runs Report I can choose to see the estimated time for each associated Test 
       
      For this, an option should be added (unchecked by default) that will show the estimated time for the Test Run's associated Test issue. 
       
      This column will be named "Test Estimated Time" and should appear right after the "Elapsed Time" column.
