Requirement Status is not synchonized correctly depending on the linked testcases

When the Requirement Coverage settings is configured to ignore Tests with status, the Requirement Status is not being updated accordingly with the status changes of the linked Tests.

Steps to reproduce this problem:

1. In the Requirement Coverage configuration, ignore tests with status "Open"
2. Create a requirement issue and link a Test with status "Open"
3. The Requirement Status is "Uncovered"
4. Change the status of the Test (For instance "In Progress")
5. Instead of "Not Run", the Requirement Status is still "Uncovered"
