Xray "Export Test Runs to CSV" problem

Our QA team have raised concerns that the 'Export Test Runs to CSV' has some 'features' that make life a bit difficult.
 

1. The field delimiter is a semi-colon rather than a comma which means extra steps when importing the file into Excel
2. The fields are not quoted, which means Excel will have issues importing data that contains the delimiter in the field values, so we'll get extra columns on such rows,
3. Fields that contain new line characters are split over multiple rows. (Eg the comments field)
