As a user, I can go to the execution details of a Test Run from the Test Runs Report or from the Test Runs List gadget

As a user, I can go to the execution details of a Test Run from the Test Runs Report or from the Test Runs List gadget.

For this, a new column should be added to the previous report/gadget allowing the user to see the details of the Test Run or to execute it (similar to what we can do from the Test Execution issue screen).
