Classify the importance of Test and Test Execution based on weight value

Most of times, some tests are more important than others (in terms of necessity) so it would be interesting to be able to attribute weights to Tests and Test Executions.
Have the possibility to apply the weights to the "Overall Execution Status" and to reports like "Test Plans Report".
Be able to switch between Test / Execution weight in the Test Plan tab.
And switch from issue number to weight percent on the "Overall Execution Status".
