As a user, I can create a Test Execution for Tests in some status from a Test Plan's board folder

As a user, I can create a Test Execution for Tests in some status from a Test Plan's board folder (including the tests contained in the respective subfolders).

The user should be able to pick the statuses and the environment to take into account (i.e. the tests that are in some status in that environment)

The tests order should be guaranteed.
