As a user, I can share built-in reports using an unique URL

All Xray built in reports can be sharable to using a unique url. The report url must always reflect the current parameters populated in the report.

ACs:

• Each report must display all parameters in the URL
• Parameters include the report name, filters, scope and other custom parameters that affect the report being generated.
• Whenever a parameter is changed, the URL must be updated.
• When entering a report with a given url, the parameters from the url must be used to generate the report. The parameters must be pre-populated from the url.
