In the Xray reports, there is a problem on the multi valued filters when the report is loaded with saved user preferences for those filters

When Using Firefox or IE, there is a problem when loading the report when using saved preferences for multi valued fields.

How to reproduce:

• open a report
• Add all the available statuses in the Status filter
• change report
• go back to the report
• click the filters button to open the filters. The Status field is not expanded, saved values are outside of the field.

This happen for Status filter in all reports and for Component filter in Historical and Overall Requirement Coverage reports.
