When deleting a Defect from a Test Step in the execution page, the Test Step defects count value is not refreshed

When deleting a Defect from a Test Step in the execution page,the Test Step Defects count value is not refreshed and the user must refresh the page to see the right count. The Test Step view should be reloaded when deleting a Defect from it.
