Problem on both the Test Runs Summary and Test Runs List gadgets, when no filter is selected

When no filter is selected on both gadgets, all the Test runs from the JIRA instance are loaded, which can cause crashes (an example is the http://xray-tst-oracle-v7 instance, where the gadgets try to load testruns data from the available 12000+ test executions, causing an java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded error on the log)
