[Xray] Window 'Create Issue' for issue type 'Test' is way too narrow.

Creating test cases with manual mode is very uncomfortable.

The problem is that the width of the window is to small. When a test case is created containing multiple steps using all three text fields (step, data, expected result) and if these text fields are enlarged user has to scroll right, left, up and down constantly which is not efficient and is "uncomfortable".
