Add comment field is missing in execution details page

In the Execution details page, when adding a comment with "Enter + spacebar" (\n ) the field is no longer visible and it's no longer possible for the user to edit the comment through the UI.

Steps to reproduce

Step	Result
Go to the Execution Details page and "Click to add comment". Press the following keys: "Enter and spacebar" and save it
Refresh the Execution details page. Comment field is no longer visible or editable through the UI

The same behaviour happens, using the Xray Rest API.

Workaround:
As workaround using the Rest API, the comment field can be changed and the characters that are causing this issue can be removed and then the comment field is visible and editable again in the UI.

Expected result
There comment box should always be available to edit
