When moving a folder to its own folder, an error message is displayed informing it was unable do be moved

Currently, when moving a folder to its own folder, an error message is displayed informing it was unable do be moved.
This behaviour should be replaced with the one suggested on XRAY-1959, where nothing should change and no message should be displayed telling you that the folder wasn't moved.
