When moving a Test from All to a folder where it already exists a message is displayed telling that the Test was moved successfully

Currently, when moving a Test from All to a folder where it already exists, a message is displayed informing that the Test was moved successfully.
This behaviour should be replaced with the one suggested on XRAY-1959, where nothing should change and no success message should be displayed telling you that the test was moved successfully.
