As system, the bundle import should provide a multipart endpoint.

When importing execution result from compressed files, there should be possible to provide issue meta-data in a separate file. 

This must create a new REST endpoint similarly to the already existing ones (/rest/raven/1.0/import/execution/bundle/multipart)
