As a user I would have standard/template steps that I can use across several Test cases

As a user I would have standard/template steps that I can use across several Test cases.
So that I can arrange the steps in the order that I see fit in any Test case and the status is related to the current Test case but also allows me to change only in one place and have the modifications reflected in all the places that I used the template steps.
For instance, these standard/template steps could be steps that are repeated across a plataform, like login, logout, etc.
