Test run start and finished time not correct

Context: upload a cucumber test execution result into a test execution ticket (thought the RestAPI or manualy).

Issue: the start and finished times in latest test run from the test included in the updated test are not correct. The hour is right, but the minute surprisingly seems to be the current month number.
