As a user, I always create Test Executions in Xray using the Jira create issue dialog

As an Administrator I can customize the fields that are shown in the screen shown for "Create Test Execution".
This configuration should be available in the same way that happens for other screens.

Xray must use the default Jira create issue dialog.
