Problem with the "Inline Execute Tests" option

The options on the Inline Execute Tests dialog, when trying to set a test status through the Test Execution issue page aren't updated according to our choice.
Example:
When inline editing the status of a test which already had set one of the default options (PASS, TODO or FAIL), only the remaining options are available to select - which is an expected behaviour.
But, p.e., in a test that starts with the TODO status, if I inline edit it to FAIL, when inline editing it again, the same options previously listed to a test with the TODO status will be listed (PASS and FAIL) while they should now be PASS and TODO - which is an incorrect behaviour.
It's only when the Test Execution issue page is refreshed that the Inline Edit options are updated according to the test current status.
