    Description

      In the project admin page the URL generated for the message "Requirement Coverage is now disabled for project DTPGEN. Click here to see all Xray Requirement Projects." it is not correctly generating the Jira base URL.
      The base URL is:
      https://portal.dev.paas.intraxa/jira-play/

      But the generated link is: https://portal.dev.paas.intraxa/secure/admin/views/XrayRequirementProjectsConfiguration.jspa (missing the /jira-play/ part of the URL).
