It should be possible to map a Requirement project to a default Xray Testing project

It should be possible to map a Requirement project to a default Testing project in the project settings page.

This configuration should work in a project level, so other projects are not affected.

When creating a Test issue for a Requirement issue, the default Test project would be automatically selected.
