As a user, i can change inline the status of Test Runs by clicking on the status in the Test Execution

As a user, I can pass inline Test Runs in the Test Execution issue screen by clicking directly on the test run' status.

Icons should also be updated:

• see detail
• play/execute

The play/execute only appears if the Test Run is a non final status.

If it's in a final status, then the "details" icon appears. 

The idea is to make this consistent with the Cloud version.
